[cvsnt] CVSNT(2.5.04.3236) do not work with chown command

It's actually lsacl that's not displaying it.. chown is working.

It's not that useful a function, which is why it can break with nobody 
noticing.  It just sets a name on the directory & gives control access 
to the owner - the second part is probably better done with an ACL anyway.
