[cvsnt] Problems upgrading to 2.5.04.3125

I installed the server package only; I was a bit puzzled because previous  
versions had not separate packages, the tag "minimal" was a bit confusing,  
and there was no description for any package...

I did not uninstall 2.5.03 because all previous upgrades (I think we've  
been using CVSNT since 2.0.xx) have not required us to uninstall the  
previous version. http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/Upgrading says nothing special  
about this release.

Uninstall and a clean install were my next move, in case the "Repair"  
button had not worked.
