Yes this is a known bug in the CVSNT / SQL Server API.  It's been fixed
since August in CVS Suite, but wasn't marked as such in our system so
when we backported fixes for the 2.5.04 release this didn't come with
it.

I've updated the bug so next time we merge bug fixes it should get
picked up - or you can apply the patch yourself.
