Description :

Jalindi Igloo acts as a bridge between the SCC API and CVS.

SCC is the widely used (and widely considered terrible) Microsoft source safe API. It is what is used to connect Visual Studio to Visual Source Safe. This API has been implemented by a number of IDEs and source control tools so it enables CVS integration with a number of tools. The release version of Igloo uses the (now obsolete) WinCVS DLL. The beta version uses a proper CVS.EXE, but hasn't been updated for some time.
