Hello:

I recently installed CVSNT on a development machine, although it's VS6,
Win2K server SP2. After the installation, Installshield asked me to restart
the machine.

I find it somewhat surprising that it would have to replace a DLL in use,
does the install program always jam a reset, or did it really find a DLL was
in use? If it's the former, I HIGHLY recommend changing this (it's a bug
IMHO).

If it's always asking for a reset, that's very dangerous considering this
will normally be installed on a server. I keep my servers fairly well
patched and rarely really need to restart them when installing stuff (well,
I don't install much on them either).
