[cvsnt] NT domain user and CVS

The server machine running cvsnt is the same domain as the users. But it is
not a domain controller.
Are you running cvsnt on the domain controller, or a separate server?

We're using it in an NT4 domain and it works fine.  Is the machine running
CVSNT in the same domain as the users?
