Using latest cvsnt (2.0.18), I find the script invoked from commitinfo is being passed only the repository directory and not the list of files that are being checked in. A simple check is provided by entering the following line in commitinfo: DEFAULT cmd /c echo I have no prior experience using cvsnt as a server, so I cannot hint when this behavior started.
