Why does the external protocol hander work for Intellij 4.5.2 integration with the SSPI protocol when using CVSNT version 2.0.51d (not quite sure which version quits working, but it's somewhere between 2.0.51d and 2.0.58d), but not when using the latest version 2.0.58d (nor when using the latest development snapshot releases)? Is there a bug in CVSNT's latest external protocol handler or is it an Intellij issue? If it's a bug in CVSNT, will it be fixed soon?
