#3 Compatibility options display incorrectly in control panel.
Operation seems to be correct, however.
#4 Make co -n bug emulation default for non-cvsnt clients.
#6 Parsing ACLs from parent directories isn't working correctly.
#8 Under some conditions rlsacl is reported to fail.
#10 commit -H still shows the old -r option.
#11 Make 'update -A -rHEAD' discard redundant -r
#12 edit -C produces spurious message, but otherwise seems to work.
#13 add -r doesn't work client/server
#14 Merge onto an added file, where the file exists on the source
branch, and has been added then deleted on the second branch,
causes the merge to generate an internal error.
#15 Read only attributes don't work any more. Permission
preservation code that was changed prior to release had side
effect of forcing everything read/write.
