Trevor,

Each file in a commit can be on a different branch. During the commit
the current working directory will have the CVS/Tag and CVS/Entries
files available.

>From memory I think Aderant are a pro-support customer - so you also
have the build trigger. That fires a "standard" shell script/.bat file
with the "branch" as a parameter to the script. Check the eBook for
more info. That script basically must assume that all files are on the
same branch (ie: for a build).

Regards,

Arthur

Subject: [cvsnt] Branch details on CommitInfo

I want to determine which branch a commit is being performed on in a
CommitInfo trigger so that I can log some detail to a different file for
each branch or head. Does anyone know how I can determine this?

Thanks
Trevor
