Hello,

I imported some files (under one directory) into a directory that was
already in the repository. I have been working on them for a while,
making modifications, checking them in, even making a branch. I can
even go to the repository and see the files in there under the correct
directory and everything.

But, when i did a

cvs -qn xoops

it listed a whole lot of files/directories that i had imported (all
under a directory called mylinks)

and it said:

<filename> is no longer in the repository.

Then when i try to update, it says the same thing "<filename> is no
longer in the repository." and it removed all working copies of
everything except one file under the "mylinks" directory.

I was wondering, can any one think of what may be going wrong here and
why CVS doesn't think the files are in the repository? I didn't remove
them myself.
