To make it working on *your* PC we need to know if this issue is specific to 
*your* PC or not. Testing it on another PC is a good way to do it. Because 
the issue is very probably related to something on *that* PC, if you don't 
help to get it solved it will be very difficult to get to a solution, and 
people may become much less ready to help you.
