[cvsnt] CVSNT Control Panel not working

1) Go to www.sysinternals.com
2) Download FileMon
3) Install it in a directory of you choice
4) Open the control panel
5) Start filemon. It will display *all* disk activity, its log will began to 
fill.
6) Start the control panel applet
7) Press Ctrl+E to stop logging
8) Inspect the log for any error while trying to load the applet.
