[cvsnt] postcommand and tag/bugid

I'm trying to run a script when a tag operation happens... calling my script
via postcommand works, but what I can't seem to find is a variable that
expands to the name of the tag. I had a look through the default trigger
handler and it does seem that the tag value just isn't made available. Is
that right? Also, it looks like the bugid can't be passed too?
