Sorry Bo, no. Isn't taginfo is executed *before* a tag operation is
performed to allow one to check that the tag name is ok.

[taginfo should really be called pretag since its runs prior to the tag
operation being done.]

What I need to do is perform an action *after* the tag operation has been
committed (since the tag operation could be aborted due to either taginfo
saying no, or an error happening during the tagging process and so cvsnt
doesn't commit the tag and rolls back; being atomic is great!) and to able
to get at the tag info (%t, %o, etc.).
