If you have access to the unix server then you just copy the raw
repository form unix to windows.

You need to ensure that any tools you use to do the copy do not attempt
to translate the files (ie: do not use WinZIP).

If you are running Samba on the server you can 'map' a drive on the
CVSNT Server to the Unix repository and just copy the files.

So the process is:
1. create a repository on the CVSNT Server using the CVS Server control
panel
2. copy the repostiory from unix to windows

Arthur
