Depends on what kind of support you need and how much time do you want
to spend.
If you need professional support, you'll ask March-Hare as they provide it.
If you like to do the setup yourself (with help here from the
community), but you don't want to compile CVSNT, you'll choose either
Red Hat (Tony Hoyle / March Hare), Gentoo (Gentoo EBuilds provided by
David Sommers) or Debian Testing or Unstable (CVSNT is part of testing
and unstable).
If you like to do all by yourself (setup and compiling CVSNT), you'll
take any distribution you like best.

HTH
Best regards
