Hi,

I am having a problem with WinCVS and timestamps.

If I update a file, and commit the changes back to the server the local
timestamp is one hour behind. I checked the repository server and the files
there have the correct timestamp.

I have tried using the cvs.exe from the lastes CVS NT build, but this has
the same problem.

Any help much appreciated,

Thanks,

Theo
