We have a problem with cvsnt 1.10.8. The repository file of a certain subfolder periodically changes it contents. It should contain: versions/base/webapp and suddenly contains something like modules/test/ which is another subfolder in the repository. Of course you get some bad problems while trying to check in and out. We experience this problem on different computers always in the same folder. Usually we work only with cvs update and cvs commit and the cvs support of JBuilder 6. Is this a known problem of cvsnt or maybe JBuilder?
