[cvsnt] [update aborted]: cannot rename file over and over

My colleagues and I have experienced this often, and I have traced the 
problem to Norton Antivirus Real-Time Protection.
Unfornunately, the problem also appears with McAfee and Norman Antivirus 
(though possibly less often).
