It probably isn't really enabled.  It's on by default on NT4 domains, so you shouldn't

need to do anything.  It's a bit difficult to enable it on Win2K Active 
directory (I did manage to do it but it was completely non-obvious - you 
have to set it in about 3 different places before it works).
