I'm kinda new to CVS, so go easy on me.

I set up a cvs server on an win2k box, and have the service started up and
running. I set up HOME and CVSROOT. Updated the config file so it uses
pserver. On the client side, I did set the
:pserver:username at MachineIP:c:/cvs, and authentication to passwd on the cvs
server and I'm using cvs 1.10 standard. when I hit login, it asks me for a
password, i put my password in, and then WinCVS just sits there and I get an
hourglass mouse icon. It then doesn't respond to anything. What am I doing
wrong? thanks for your help!
