list are...
A long list of messages entitled 'CVS Update: cvsnt' and no context.

It's not much noise - a single thread, that people will generally just
ignore if they've seen it once.  The commits aren't being sent out to
the cvsnt mailing list so it's not adding to anyones inboxes (on the
cvsnt archives this thread appears to come out of nowhere...).
