[Cvsnt] moving repository from Unix to Windows 2000

Install CVSNT latest version on a W2000 PC.
Then copy the repository over from the UNIX machine to the W2000 PC.
Configure the CVSNT service to recognize this repository.

Now you should be able to use the repository as before, only you need
to change the CVS/Root file for all checked out modules on all
clients. Perhaps the best way is to tell everyone to check out their
modules fresh from the new server instead.
