We have been running CVS 1.10 in client mode and recently moved to CVSNT 1.11.1.3 also in client mode. In either mode (up until couple weeks ago) the time stamp in CVS entries file in the local project would always show time that is 4 hours later than the time stamp on the same file coming from the file system. Recently that difference has become 5 hours. I am attributing change in the time difference to the seasonal move of one hour back in our time zone. Does anyone know why there is a difference and/or if there is any way to control it?
