Take a look at the CVSNT history page. Here's what I can think of off the
top of my head in no specific order:

- ls command to browse the repository
- chacl, lsacl commands to control permissions on branches
- mergepoint processing
- import without vendor branch and release tag (will be in 2.0.9)
- reserved edits
- lock server (is that used on *ix though?)
- different *info script behaviour
- atomic commits
- user management via cvs passwd command
- request/require encryption and compression on the server
- server-side cvsrc file
- support for unicode files

and as for planned future features (partially already available in the
current development builds):
- binary diffs
- timestamps on tags and branches
- SQL backend
- directory versioning
- moving and renaming

Hope this helps.
