This comes from the new installer (InnoSetup 4 with 7zip compression).
Apparently there is something in the 7zip that does not like your
computer. I think that the 7zip should be left out of the installation
file or the users should be given the option to download the "raw"
InnoSetup install file as well.
Tony argues that the 7zip compression shrinks the setup file a lot
thus saving download time. But if you don't have a problem with
download times then getting rid of the extra layer of compression
might make sense, especially since it is shown to not always work OK.
