The raw file is 7MB! I presume that's now what you meant... :)

I've reported a bug on the innosetup group to see if there's a solution. 
  I need to find out if it's 7zip or a generic IS4 bug (in which case 
I'll have to revert to IS3) but don't know enough at the moment.
