[cvsnt] cvs.exe crashes after operation

Now I`ve checked with pserver and sspi, and seems that it works ok, so the 
problem is only with sserver.

I`ve remembered, that there was an issue with dll's in install (sserver 
was not available after installation until I copied runtime dll's from 
archive on your site to home and system32), so probably some dlls are 
wrong.

Thanks, I`ll try this. Also I can send you a dump, if you need it.

Thank you for reminding that other secure protocols exist, so I think I`ll 
stick to sspi. Anyway, SourceSafe is worse :)
