[cvsnt] cvs commit "Force commit option" doesn't work

Hi.

I'm working with CVSNT 1.11.1.3 Build 57f on the server and
 CVSNT 1.11.1.3 Build 68 on the client with Wincvs 1.3.1.11.

When I commit a folder with "Force commit (even not modified)"
active the commit has not effect in subfolders. So I tried with
"Force recurse" option too, but it didn't anything.

It is a bug? Or these options are incompatibles?
