Wincvs v1.3b12 has a memory leak on Windows XP when a non-cvs folder is selected in
the modules pane. Here's what I do to reproduce the leak.

1. Checkout a module named foo
2. Build the source... it creates a subdirectory named foo/Release
3. Select the foo/Release directory (it has no checkmark on it)

In Windows Task Manager, add the memory usage column (View|Select Columns... on the
menu) and you'll see that every few seconds the memory used by wincvs.exe grows by
4Kb. I noticed this when it grew to 40MB after having it run a few days.
