i am using CVSNT 2.0.9 and on my server machine i interface with the repository by using the command line client (figure its simpler that way)

i was wondering where i should put the .cvsignore so that cvs.exe (which is located in the program files folder) can see it duiring imports

i have tried to place it in the cvsnt folder, the program files folder and even at the root (in my case the c:\ drive) and cvsnt still does not see it...

do i have to create an enviroenment variable?

thanks in advance
