I have built a ViewCvs setup file (for Windows) that uses whatever was on HEAD when I built the setup. It is about 2 months old and is available on my webpage. However, it deals with the Windows/CVSNT/IIS combination only. But what I did could be done by anyone, just connect with CVS to the SF ViewCvs repository and check out the latest revision!
