No.

A bit of both.  At the moment the big stuff hasn't been done yet so 
there's not a huge cange.

It depends if you need it.  If 2.0.58d works for you, then use that, 
otherwise try 2.0.62 which may well work.

It's always best to test a new server before rolling it out anyway 
(which goes for any product, not just cvsnt).
