How do I rename files? If I rename a file, and then cvs add, cvs commit the directory, at the next cvs update it restores the old file (after a warning that "file xxxxx has been lost"), so I have two copies of which I want only the renamed one. This is reasonable, I guess, but how do I avoid it?
