I don't know if this already exists, but getting some statistics on your repository would be very nice when trying to gauge performance on a server. For example a cvs admin command that would list the # of files, revisions, branches, size, and other metrics like that. Our server has gotten a lot slower over the past year, but then it's been pounded over that year, so no one is complaining :-) When others are asking about performance problems, I don't have a good way to measure our repository versus another person's repository. Having some additional info would help everyone compare apples to apples.
