Unfortunately I do... You don't happen to have an NVIDIA video card and use
MS Windows Update do you?  They passed out a buggy driver.  It was only an
annoyance until recently when I did something that made it break entirely
and it wouldn't let me use explorer at all.

I installed the driver from Dell (it uninstalls the newer one first), then
later tried the latest from NVIDIA which (so far) work well... But I haven't
tested the advanced features yet.
