When I create a repository for a developer team, can I go ahead and populate the CVSROOT/users & loginfousers files with all their accounts, and then later add the specific commit and tag conditions in loginfo & taginfo files as needed when modules are created? In other words, can I have accounts listed in users & loginfousers without them actually receiving emails per the loginfo file right? Thanks! Tyler
