[cvsnt] cvs checkout -d gives error instead of updating

Its not unusual (for me) as I do have files that start with a '!'. I didn't
read anywhere that cvsnt was allergic to files starting with '!'.

No. I don't have anything in these files.

W: is a physical drive. (The 'W' means Work.)
