cvsnt 2.0.44

* Some more rename fixes, plus sundry related bugs.
* Extend 'cvs info' so it can work server side. A server query will list all
the protocols that the server is currently listening on (so will not list
:local:, :ext:, etc. as they're not server protocols). You can also get
the currently active cvswrappers and cvsignore settings.
* Replace the repository prefix mechanism with a freeform repository naming
scheme. Each repository now has a location as before plus a name that it is
   known to the clients as.
IMPORTANT: To upgrade your settings before running you must open the
CVSNT control panel, select 'repositories' and click OK/Apply (after making
any changes you feel are necessary). This will upgrade your registry
settings, removing the old prefix settings and replaing them with an
equivalent naming scheme. Unix users should remove RepositoryPrefix from
the /etc/cvsnt/PServer file and add Repository0Name, Repository1Name, etc.
   as described in the PServer.example.
