Where does the secur32_nt4.dll and secur32_w98.dll originate from? Is it in
some distributable package that could be downloaded on some MS site?

Anyhow, it's probably time to simply run CVSNT installer from within WinCvs
setup in case there will be more dependencies I don't notice in time. It
seems like the difference between client-only and client-server setup is
only about 400kB so no big deal to have it all there, specially now that we
also have the "bare" version for small donwloads without CVSNT so it should
be no problem.

Is that possible to drop MFC dependencies all together? Link it statically
perhaps?
