[cvsnt] Eclipse warning message?

It's arguable as to whether it was ever a problem.  It's not been seen
for a long while now (2.0.41a).  If you want to turn off that message,
you can also tell CVSNT to fake a UNIX CVS server - Tony put that in
specifically to get around the problem with that message.
