As long as you're running a CVSNT client on Linux, it's the same way as 
with Windows.  For example:

cvs -d :sspi:server:/repos ls

You might need to specify the username and login:

cvs -d :sspi:username at server:/repos login
cvs -d :sspi:username at server:/repos ls

Note that CVSNT compiles and installs on Linux perfectly, that's what 
I'm running here.
