There's a schema knocking around somewhere but I never actually implemented it 
fully in CVSNT...  I decided to concentrate on the top levels (IPC server 
talking to the backend database)... and that work it stuff that happens over 
public holidays etc. when I have plenty of time to concentrate on it.
