Agreed. A hint about the commercial support option might have been a good
idea then. I didn't see anywhere that Rick said commercial support was not
an option.

Yes, neither had I (apart from the limited functionality and the ugly UI -
both of which are acceptable in a free offer). But I was asking about
AVG7... ;)
