The control panel states that the "CVS Service" is not installed. 
However, if I have a look at the services using the Windows tools, I see 
a CVS Dispatcher installed (the file name is still cvsservice.exe, but 
the describing name is "CVSNT Dispatch Service").
Just a cosmetic error, it looks like the rest is working OK (just a 
first test).
