Ya this is XP problem. Just open Explorer. Go to Tools->Folder
Option->View Tab . Scroll the window of Advance Settings. Now Disable
the option "Use Simple File Sharing(Recommended)" 

After this now carry out the above operation again. You will find the
UI you are accustomed to.
