I hope someone can help me out a little.

As part of my build process, I have been trying to find all of the files
in a directory that are not under version control. I can't seem to get
some of the files to show as not in the repository. For the purposes of
one command, I want to ignore all of the .cvsignore files, including the
one set up in the repository's CVSROOT directory.

I have deleted my .cvsignore file in the directory (sandbox) and used
cvs update -I !

from my reading of the cederquist, this seems like it should work.
However cvs still displays my .dcu files (which are ignored in the
repository's cvsignore file).

Is there a switch that I am missing, or a better way of doing this?

I have tried this on CVSNTclient 2.0.38 and 2.0.41a
server version 2.0.41

Thanks

Carl
