Well I couldn't get the extnt.exe supplied with 2.0.58d to work with
Eclipse 3.0.1 at all. After some searching I found the following
posts:
http://www.cvsnt.org/pipermail/cvsnt/2005-January/016919.html
http://www.cvsnt.org/pipermail/cvsnt/2005-January/016843.html

After following the advice in these I was able to use extnt.exe
provided with 2.0.54 with Eclipse 3.0.1. and connect to a 2.0.58d
repository.

This is the setup I've installed on multiple (4) developers windows 2k
workstations in order for them to connect to the repository from
eclipse. It seems to be connecting fine and sending the appropriate
domain user details (as evidenced by editors of a file being listed
correctly).
