[cvsnt] "unknown protocol" error after upgrading

The solution seems to be to set both SSL Certificate File and SSL 
Private Key File equal to the same cvs-default.pem file (which I 
generated from genkeys).  In the prior version, I had  separate key 
and certicate files, and I could not find those instructions today.

Comments would be welcome.

Download the latest CVSNT, TortosieCVS, WinCVS etc. for Windows 8 etc.
